By placing an order you confirm that:
An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. Acceptance of your order takes place once your goods have been dispatched.
Availability
Many Oorlich Designs products are individually handcrafted or made to order.
Whilst we make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels, availability cannot always be guaranteed.
Should a product become unavailable after ordering, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss an alternative, revised delivery schedule or a full refund.
Pricing
All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice, although confirmed orders will not be affected.
If a genuine pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order before dispatch and offer the option to reorder at the correct price.
International Orders
Oorlich Designs proudly ships worldwide.
Where advertised, duties and import taxes are prepaid by Oorlich Designs (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP).
For destinations where DDP is not available, any customs duties, taxes or import charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may legally be imported into their country.
Website Availability
We aim to keep our website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing within these Terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under Scottish or UK law.

Returns & Refund Policy

14-Day Returns
If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds will be processed after the returned goods have been inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty or we have made an error.

Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items
Many Oorlich Designs products are handcrafted specifically for each customer.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised or bespoke products made to your specifications cannot normally be cancelled or returned unless they are faulty or do not match the agreed specification.
This includes custom leather colours, custom sizing, bespoke combinations and commissioned work.
Faulty Goods
If you believe an item is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Sale Items
Items purchased in a clearance or sale may only be returned if faulty, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
Where possible, we are happy to exchange sizes or products, subject to stock availability.
